SHA nutrition is a balanced, natural and alkalising diet, designed according to individual constitution and condition to cover an individual’s nutritional needs, providing all the necessary nutritional value and promoting health without sacrificing flavour.
It is a diet based on foods of vegetable origin and, to a lesser extent, seafood, with an aim to being as organic, seasonal and local as possible, while avoiding processed foods. It is based on empirical knowledge from centuries of study in the East, while at the same time taking the nutritional principles of Harvard Medical School and the recommendations of the WHO as current references.

The synergy between our R+D+i team, made up of our nutritional consultants and kitchen staff, is fundamental to our menu design. A coordinated effort to meet the nutritional needs of our guests in a personalised way, and to maintain our standards of quality and excellence.
This is our strictest diet, but no less appetising or exquisite. Suitable for those aiming to control their weight or for detoxification. It’s made up of smaller portions and does not incorporate certain ingredients such as gluten, salt, oil, flour or nuts. It includes plenty of seaweed, soups and purees that contribute to purifying.
This intermediate diet is designed for those who want to take care of themselves a little more than usual, but without setting themselves too strict weight control or detox goals. Its ingredients usually include fish, and nuts, oil and pasta are also allowed in small quantities.
This is our most complete gastronomic menu, designed for those who want to learn to eat healthily without sacrificing either quantity or a gourmet spirit. Although it also follows the principles of SHA nutrition, it stands out for its exquisite preparation and detail in all its dishes. A starter, main course and healthy dessert are always included.

We contribute to healthy eating not only in the kitchen, but also at the source. At SHA we have our own garden where we grow herbs, spices and flowers. A living classroom for our guests to discover the importance of what they eat and how it influences their health and the ecosystem.
