We present some of the <strong>most popular causes and some tips that will help you to feel well again.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Causes<\/h4>\n<p>Energy loss is caused by <strong>imbalances in blood glucose levels<\/strong>. Nowadays it\u2019s really important to eat every three hours to avoid big glucose peaks produced by the intake of <strong>simple sugars<\/strong> which decline afterwards. This also happens with the stimulating drinks and the consumption of excessive animal protein with which the kidneys lose the ability to remove it so our energy is lost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Some of the <strong>major factors<\/strong> that impact in the lack of energy are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The excessive consumption<strong> of sugar<\/strong> or inappropriate snacks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dehydration<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Not <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/what-is-sleep-apnoea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sleeping <\/a>enough<\/li>\n<li>Not practicing exercise at all<\/li>\n<li>Not having an appropriate breakfast<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/stress-addiction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Anxiety<\/a> and stress. These are some factors that cause a hormone imbalance in the organism, having an impact in our mental agility and our fatigue sensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Recommendations<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Eat <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/cereals-properties-benefits-and-recipes-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">whole grains<\/a> for breakfast.
