It\u2019s important though to distinguish between poisonous mushrooms and safe for consumption, specially when we collect them ourselves from the countryside.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/healthy-recipe-tofu-tart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tofu<\/a> has a very high content in protein, amino acids and it\u2019s ideal for those who suffer diseases of the circulatory system because of its <strong>total absence of cholesterol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Today we want to share with you this healthy recipe <strong>with which you will get enough energy for all day<\/strong> due to the <strong>perfect combination of mushrooms and tofu<\/strong>. Dare to prepare it at home because besides of being healthy it\u2019s really original!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Mushrooms \u2013 6 cups of various kinds finely sliced<\/li>\n<li>Carrots \u2013 1- 2 cut into matchsticks<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>Sesame seeds<\/li>\n<li>Sea Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for Sauce <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tofu &#8211; 1\/4 block<\/li>\n<li>Ume Plum vinegar \u2013 1-2 tablespoons<\/li>\n<li>Mirin \u2013 1 tablespoon<\/li>\n<li>Shoyu \u2013 Few drops<\/li>\n<li>Water &#8211; \u00bc cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wrap the tofu in a towel and place a weight on top to remove excess moisture.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blend with the rest of the sauce ingredients<\/strong> until smooth and creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Add<strong> more seasoning and water<\/strong> if necessary. It should be thick like mayonnaise. Let sit to combine flavors.<\/li>\n<li>Warm the skillet and add the <strong>oil<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Add the carrot and a pinch of sea salt, and <strong>saut\u00e9 for a few minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Add the mushrooms and continue to <strong>saut\u00e9 for about 5 minutes<\/strong>. You can add a little water if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Season with <strong>a little more salt and lemon juice<\/strong>. Continue to saut\u00e9 for another minute or so.<\/li>\n<li>Add the <strong>sesame seeds<\/strong> and mix through.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with the <strong>tofu plum sauce<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">You will love this recipe of mushrooms with tofu plum sauce!
