{"id":13379,"date":"2016-04-18T17:42:14","date_gmt":"2016-04-18T15:42:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/shamagazine\/?p=13379"},"modified":"2023-10-18T11:01:04","modified_gmt":"2023-10-18T09:01:04","slug":"marinated-tempeh-with-vegetables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/marinated-tempeh-with-vegetables\/","title":{"rendered":"Marinated Tempeh with Vegetables and Miso Dressing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today\u2019s recipe is not as easy to prepare as other healthy recipes we already posted, but the result will definitely be worth it!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp water<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp grated or chopped ginger root<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp toasted sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>228 grams tempeh, sliced into thin strips (about 0.6 cm or a little thinner)<\/li>\n<li>2 tsps sesame oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salad with miso dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 radishes, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 cup cabbage, shredded<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot, shredded<\/li>\n<li>2 cups green vegetables<\/li>\n<li>2 green onions, sliced thinly<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp coriander, diced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp mellow white miso<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp rice syrup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>To prepare the tempeh, put the vinegar, tamari, water, and ginger into a saucepan. 2. Add the tempeh and simmer for 10 minutes. Leave in liquid until ready to fry.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the sesame oil in a pan or in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Cook each side for about four minutes, and serve hot.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare the salad, bring a saucepan of water to a boil and lightly blanch the carrot, cabbage, greens, and radishes.
