Today, we suggest these 3 recipes to revitalize your body in spring:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SPRING BARLEY <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(Refreshing and very nutritive dish. It depurates liver and it improves skin condition)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 diced <strong>courgette<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 diced <strong>carrot<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 sliced <strong>onion<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd glass <strong>peas<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd glass biological soft <strong>corn<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 glass <strong>cereals<\/strong> (75% barley and 25% integral rice)<\/li>\n<li>3 glasses of water<\/li>\n<li><strong>White miso<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboration: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook the barley, the rice, the peas, the carrot, the onion and the courgettein a pressure cooker with three parts of water.<\/li>\n<li>Take the lid off the cooker and add the corn.<\/li>\n<li>Add a white miso soupspoon before turning off the fire and mix it well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SPRING SALAD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(It provides vitamins, minerals and it relaxes the liver)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cucumber<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Wakame seaweed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Broccoli<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Radishes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Radishes\u2019 leaves<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Kiwis<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Rice vinegar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Toasted sesame<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lemon <\/strong>and lemon zests<\/li>\n<li><strong>White miso<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Concentrated Apple juice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 <strong>white miso<\/strong> soupspoon, 2 <strong>rice vinegar<\/strong> soupspoons, 3 <strong>concentrated apple juice<\/strong> soupspoons, 1 <strong>toasted sesame oil<\/strong> teaspoon, and your favourite fresh aromatic plants.<\/p>\n<p>Mix everything and emulsify.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the cucumber in thin layers and put it in a bowl with water into the fridge.<\/li>\n<li>Put the wakame seaweed in water.<\/li>\n<li>Steam cut broccoli and use also the stem. At the end of the cooking, add the radish (for 10 seconds).<\/li>\n<li>Keep the radishes\u2019 leaves and clean them well.<\/li>\n<li>Once the steam is cold, mix all the ingredients, season with the dressing and add lemon zests and few drops of oil. Mix it 30 minutes before serving.<\/li>\n<li>Add few lemon drops so it doesn\u2019t get black.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LENTILS, SPROUTS AND SPRING GARLICS LUKEWARM SALAD <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lentils<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Soya or alfalfa sprouts<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Spring garlic heads<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Spring onions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Capers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Olive oil<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Soya sauce<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Rice vinegar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook the lentils with a pinch of salt.
