We\u2019ve had time to recharge our batteries and create many wonderful memories and experiences that should fill us with positive thoughts. Now it\u2019s time to focus all that positive energy in taking care of ourselves. It\u2019s all about your mindset and how you choose to approach the start of the new season.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Once the holidays have ended, it&#8217;s important to get back into our healthy habits to revitalise our organism and build the resistance to build a routine again.<\/span> We know it&#8217;s not easy, that&#8217;s why we&#8217;ve created the perfect plan for you to get back into feeling and looking your best. Simply follow these tips and you should start feeling better in no time. Don\u2019t forget being kind to yourself, taking things day by day and always strive for improvement, not perfection.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Alkalinize your body<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-14430 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/iStock_60673344_SMALL.jpg\" alt=\"Fresh water with lemon and mint\" width=\"779\" height=\"616\" \/><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Start your day by cleansing and hydrating your body.<\/span> The best way to do this is by drinking a glass of warm water with lemon or apple cider vinegar. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">They\u2019re both very detoxifying, <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/how-to-find-the-acidalkaline-balance\/\">balance your PH<\/a> and speed up your metabolism.<\/span> If you want to boost the health benefits of the warm lemon water, you can try adding <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/uses-and-benefits-of-turmeric\/\">turmeric<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/ginger-benefits\/\">ginger<\/a>, black pepper and a dash of coconut or olive oil.
