Its active ingredient curcumin is what makes this spice a potent natural remedy. There\u2019s growing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cancerresearchuk.org\/about-cancer\/cancers-in-general\/cancer-questions\/can-turmeric-prevent-bowel-cancer\">scientific evidence <\/a>showing that curcumin has anti-cancerous effects. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">It has the ability of killing cancer cells and preventing new ones from growing.<\/span> It is also a powerful antioxidant, has anti-inflammatory properties, and therefore helps heal inflammation in the body. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If you\u2019re suffering from any kind of pain, whether it\u2019s a headache or menstrual cramps, making a turmeric and ginger tea can be very soothing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ginger<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Ginger is another Asian food rich in healing properties. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">From aiding digestion, reduce nausea, and boost the immune system to avoid getting the flu, or treating it.<\/span> It combines really well with turmeric. It\u2019s an easy to way to have these healing foods on a daily basis and making sure your immune system is taken care of.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Aim to include these foods regularly to strengthen your immune system and prevent getting ill.<\/span> You\u2019ll notice that by eating them regularly, you\u2019ll feel much stronger, healthier and will avoid getting sick.
