With a little planning and inspiration, <strong>there are many different healthy snacks that you can take with you to work so you can nourish your body in the right way.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Healthy snacks:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dates:<\/strong> If you feel like having something sweet, dates are your go-to snack. With one or two, your sweet cravings will be satisfied and you\u2019ll also be <strong>giving your body the essential vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and dietary fibre it needs.<\/strong> Dates are <strong>rich in iron, potassium, and calcium, amongst other minerals<\/strong>. You simply need to cut apples into slices and spread the nut butter of your choice on the apple slices.
