It\u2019s more than evident that there is an existing link between exercising and the <strong>prevention of cardiovascular disease<\/strong> as well as <strong>improving arterial tension<\/strong>, <strong>insulin resistance, regulating body weight, increasing muscular strength and tone, rehabilitating injuries<\/strong>, <strong>improving flexibility<\/strong> and <strong>articular movements,<\/strong> as well as the <strong>benefits it provides to the immune system<\/strong>, not only on a biological level.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On a physiological level, exercising has a very positive effect<\/strong>, <strong>decreasing stress levels, boosting mood, enhancing relaxation and improving sleep.<\/strong> It has been proven that exercise <strong>is also beneficial to those who suffer from anxiety and depression<\/strong>, as it reduces the symptoms and <strong>provides a general sense of wellbeing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, it\u2019s very beneficial, as well as advised, to <strong>dedicate 45 minutes to an hour of cardiovascular exercise,<\/strong> in addition to <strong>adding muscle toning exercises into your workout routine<\/strong>. We suggest that you should <strong>dedicate 3 to 5 days a week to muscle toning exercises<\/strong>, as when they\u2019re done correctly, t<strong>hey will provide better results <\/strong>and will also<strong> prevent getting secondary injuries<\/strong> when exercising.<\/p>\n<p>To keep yourself motivated to exercise, <strong>it\u2019s important to find a sport or physical activity that you enjoy and that we feel comfortable doing<\/strong>.
