Its main ingredients are brown rice, azukis, carrot, kombu and Tajin, ingredients that make a delicious meal which has<strong> several health benefits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Remember that we also have posted in this blog an article that talks in depth about the<a title=\"azuki beans benefits\" href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/azuki-beans-benefits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> properties of azuki<\/a> beans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Kombu seaweed benefits<\/h5>\n<p>Japanese Kombu seaweed <strong>prolongs life span considerably <\/strong>. In a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/16392709\">study <\/a>kombu seaweed prolongs the life of those that were contaminated with <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Benzo(a)pyrene\">benzo[a]pyrene<\/a>, (PAHs) which are primarily by-products of incomplete combustion, such as smoking tobacco, inhaling vehicle fumes, inhaling the smoke from fires or consuming the by-product of fire cooked meals.<\/p>\n<h5>Benefits of pumpkin<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Rich in <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Beta-Carotene\">Beta-Carotene<\/a> that is converted into vitamin A in the body, which is <strong>essential for the skin, eyesight and immune system health<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>High in Beta-Cryptoxanthin: it <strong>reduces the risk of developing inflammatory disease<\/strong>, such as arthritis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Ingredients<\/h5>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrots: 3<\/li>\n<li>Brown rice: 200gr<\/li>\n<li>Tajin: 100gr<\/li>\n<li>Azukis: 300gr<\/li>\n<li>Onions: 100gr<\/li>\n<li>Pumpkin: 200gr<\/li>\n<li>Kombu seaweed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h5><strong>Procedure for the carrots<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Peel the carrots and boil for 20 minutes, when ready remove from the fire and strain them, add 100 grams of Tajin.<\/li>\n<li>Grind all and put it aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Procedure for the Brown rice<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Put the rice in a saucepan, the measures are: half unit of rice for a unit of water.<\/li>\n<li>Cook at low fire, cover and remove from the fire once there is no water. Put it aside<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Procedure for the azukis<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The Azukis needs to be soaked for 1 day.
