How is it possible that so delicious desserts are made \u200b\u200bonly with <strong>beneficial health products<\/strong>? <strong>How can we make sweets and desserts without sugar, milk or eggs?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An example is this <strong>dessert without milk,<\/strong> <strong>macrobiotic custard recipe<\/strong> where <strong>traditional milk is replaced by oat milk<\/strong> and sugar by rice syrup.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1917\" title=\"Healthy custard recipe\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/O3Z9680.jpg\" alt=\"quick healthy recipes\" width=\"426\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients for <strong>custard recipe without milk:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oat milk 600 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Rice milk 600 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Rice syrup 300 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Agar Agar 6 gr. (plain gelatin original from Japan)<\/li>\n<li>Kudzu 10 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon 3 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for cookies berries:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>White spelled flour 125 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Whole spelled flour 125 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Margarine 75 gr.<\/li>\n<li>50 gr. rice syrup.<\/li>\n<li>Red fruits 100 gr.<\/li>\n<li>One teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Elaboration of the healthy custard:<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Custard<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place all ingredients in a pot except the kudzu and bring to a boil, lower to a simmer for 5 minutes and add the kudzu dissolved in water.<\/li>\n<li>Strain through a sieve and leave in a tray of 12 cm depth to fit the entire amount and properly distributed.
