However, we often <strong>forget<\/strong> how <strong>summer<\/strong> is a <strong>great time<\/strong> to <strong>stay in shape<\/strong>, because there are<strong> plenty of activities<\/strong> you can do which are also fun!<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>great thing<\/strong> about <strong>summer<\/strong> is that the <strong>temperatures rise<\/strong>, which means you <strong>can spend time<\/strong> by the <strong>beach<\/strong> or by the <strong>pool<\/strong>, the <strong>days are longer<\/strong>, allowing you to <strong>enjoy outdoors activities<\/strong>. We\u2019ve selected <strong>5 ways<\/strong> you can <strong>stay in shape this summer<\/strong>, whilst also having fun!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Working out outdoors<\/strong> is always more enjoyable. Take advantage of the warm weather to go on <strong>runs<\/strong>, walks or <strong>bike rides<\/strong> around the park.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Practice swimming<\/strong> either in your<strong> local pool<\/strong> or by the <strong>sea<\/strong>. Swimming is one of the <strong>most complete exercises<\/strong> you can do, as it <strong>works<\/strong> <strong>every<\/strong> single <strong>muscle<\/strong> in your body. Go on long enjoyable swims that will both <strong>tone<\/strong> your <strong>body<\/strong> and <strong>help<\/strong> you <strong>disconnect your mind<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Have fun <strong>practicing water sports<\/strong>!
