For this reason, we have tailored a<strong> Healthy Ageing Programme<\/strong> to the needs of female gender, by means of the following objectives:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 37\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong>To enable the individual to achieve an optimum state of health<\/strong> by delaying the signs of aging, so that she not only lives longer, but also has greater vitality and a better quality of life.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To measure the indicators of biological age<\/strong> and the differences in relation to the patient\u2019s biological age, as well as factors likely to have a negative impact on her quality of life &#8211; which may include lifestyle, nutritional, environmental and\/or genetic factors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To combine expertise in natural therapies<\/strong>, oriental medicine, nutrition and the latest medical advances (in respect of both diagnosis and treatment) in order to reduce the effects and symptoms of aging in women.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To teach new, healthy lifestyle habits<\/strong> to enhance the individual\u2019s general state of health and well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Length:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum 7 days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommended for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 37\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong>Women who are interested in improving their physical appearance and vitality<\/strong>, using innovative tools and disciplines to delay the aging process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Women whose biological age is older than their chronological age<\/strong> (due to genetic causes, poor habits or pathological processes) and who would like to slow down their biological clock from a holistic perspective, focusing on achieving an improved quality of life.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Women who realise that, because of their age, they are beginning to be affected by certain health problems<\/strong> caused by the natural aging process &#8211; and who would like to draw on expertise, techniques, healthy eating habits and supplements in order to delay the aging process, and to live longer while enjoying a better quality of life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Methodology:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong> An initial medical assessment followed by monitoring during the stay<\/strong>.
