Some are replaced in a few hours and others take many years\u2014if they are replaced at all\u2014depending on their location, function, and actions.<\/p>\n<p>With the passage of time and our progressive ageing, our organism\u2019s ability to regenerate cells progressively deteriorates, sometimes at a faster rate than other people\u2019s organisms. This is something we can influence: firstly, with a lifestyle full of healthy habits and, secondly, with specific action plans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Increasing life expectancy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If addressing our ageing process has always been a priority, it is even more so now that we know how life expectancy has increased over the last few decades. It is no longer just a matter of living longer, something that has definitely been made possible thanks to science; it is a matter of living better, something that is often in our own hands. It is about living a life free of disease.<\/p>\n<p>Our aim is not only to prevent or slow down premature ageing after discovering the causes; we also want to naturally stimulate and reconstruct the various metabolic processes and systems required on a case-by-case basis. The first thing we must know is our real state of health to determine our biological age.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SHA<\/strong><strong>\u2019s anti-ageing therapies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any healthy ageing programme must be geared towards helping participants lead a healthy life and preventing diseases and discomforts that tend to emerge as we age over the years.<\/p>\n<p>We begin the Healthy Ageing programme by discovering the state of health of each person, something that can only be done thanks to a meticulous study with a multidisciplinary approach focusing on genetic, hormonal, nutritional, and biochemical aspects. Our aim is to determine which diagnostic tests or treatments are the most appropriate to improve our quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>The diagnostic tests assess different aspects, depending on the profile of the individual and the objectives they would like to achieve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluation of biological age<\/li>\n<li>Finding toxic mineral elements<\/li>\n<li>Determining cognitive capacity levels<\/li>\n<li>Measuring hypersensitivity to metals and allergens<\/li>\n<li>Studying the state of our immune system<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out a sleep study<\/li>\n<li>Analysing for possible levels of depression or stress<\/li>\n<li>Sensitivity to certain foods<\/li>\n<li>Migraine test<\/li>\n<li>Hormone study<\/li>\n<li>Measuring the antioxidant capacity of the blood<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Healthy ageing can only be achieved by incorporating healthy habits into our lives, mainly in areas that have to do with nutrition, physical activity, and mind-body balance.<\/p>\n<p>SHA\u2019s methodology includes a firm commitment to natural therapies and designing a completely personalised diet, physical exercise, and health plan with body and mind discipline sessions.<\/p>\n<p>We will complete the programme by creating a set of lifestyle recommendations and activities that will allow guests to learn new healthy habits that will complete their real anti-ageing process and allow them to enjoy a new, healthier life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The concept of healthy ageing often tends to be distorted and twisted, but it is simply ageing well to enjoy life with good health.
