Stretch<\/h4>\n<p>Stretching comes after thinking. You don\u2019t eve have to get out of bed. Listen to music<\/h4>\n<p>Or the radio while having breakfast or having a shower. Anything that makes you smile. Take a breath<\/h4>\n<p>Literally. Stop a while as you work, as you clean, as you walk&#8230; and breathe. Notice how you were breathing, ragged, quickly and take the time to take deep breaths to clear up your mind completely and relax your body.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>6. Be more generous with others<\/h4>\n<p>Not only in material matters. Put yourself in the place of others and try to make their lives more pleasant, so will yours.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>7. Change, even slightly, your eating habits<\/h4>\n<p>Do without what you know that hurts you and eliminate what you know that does not do any good to your stomach. We are what we eat, so if you eat better, you will feel better too.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/healthy-eating-habits.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7789\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/healthy-eating-habits.jpg\" alt=\"healthy-eating-habits\" width=\"650\" height=\"650\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>8. Add some exercise to your life, finally<\/h4>\n<p>You promise the same every year\u2026 twice: in January and September.<br \/>\nTry this time to true and you won\u2019t regret. You&#8217;ve already heard and read about it a thousand times: sport will help you feel better, be more active and happier. But if you are not 100% motivated and put enough intensity in your workouts, it will be difficult to notice the changes.<\/p>\n<h4>9. Give yourself a treat<\/h4>\n<p>We&#8217;re not encouraging go shopping at all.
