The goal was very clear: to reach and maintain an optimal state of health and well-being and to enjoy a <strong>fuller and longer life<\/strong>. In other words, to be the best version of ourselves at any age.<\/p>\n<p>Over the last 14 years, SHA has established itself as a <strong>benchmark for health and wellness worldwide<\/strong>. In fact, it has just received two World Spa Awards, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/en\/noticias\/sha-awarded-as-worlds-best-wellness-clinic-2022-by-world-spa-awards\/\">read news<\/a><\/strong>, which recognise it as the <strong>World&#8217;s Best Wellness Clinic 2022<\/strong> and the <strong>Spain&#8217;s Best Wellness Retreat 2022<\/strong>. These two awards join the hundred-plus national and international awards SHA has received since it opened its doors.
