The expert recommends the following dishes, foods and condiments to best boost the immune system:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Porridge of oats, berries, chia and flaxseed:<\/strong>\u00a0this\u00a0<strong>energising breakfast<\/strong>\u00a0will help you cope better with all the challenges of the day and keep your immune system strong.\u00a0<strong>Oats contain amino acids<\/strong>, minerals like potassium and magnesium, vitamins and\u00a0<strong>complex carbohydrates<\/strong>\u00a0that support the nervous system, regulate sleep patterns and promote relaxation. The berries are a source of vitamin C and\u00a0<strong>the seeds provide omega-3 fatty acids<\/strong>\u00a0and protein.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Miso soup<\/strong>: this soup contains all the essential amino acids and is\u00a0<strong>rich in antioxidants<\/strong>. Not only does it help cleanse the body, it also stimulates the secretion of digestive fluids,\u00a0<strong>strengthens the immune system<\/strong>\u00a0and protects against free radicals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Umeboshi<\/strong>: a\u00a0<strong>fermented,<\/strong>\u00a0sour and salty, highly alkaline,\u00a0<strong>mineral-packed variety of Japanese plum<\/strong>\u00a0that acts as a\u00a0<strong>natural probiotic<\/strong>, improves digestion and liver function, and boosts both energy and immunity.
