Today we have a an easy to prepare recipe, made by easy to find ingredients.  And it won&#8217;t take to long to be prepared.<\/p>\n<p>The recipe &#8211; <strong>denton fish fillets with caramelized onions<\/strong>&#8211; may seem very obvious to cook but it has a SHA touch. Keep on reading to find out!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/h4>\n<p>4 <strong>denton fish fillets<\/strong> (180 gr)<strong> <\/strong> scaled and cleaned<\/p>\n<p>400 gr of <strong>purple onions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 gr of <strong>white onions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 gr of<strong> miso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>150 ml of <strong>soyu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>20 ml of <strong>ginger juice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200 ml of <strong>vegetables broth <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Preparing the fish<\/h4>\n<p>Mix the soyu,  ginger juice, vegetables broth and miso on a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Place the fish in the mix in and leave it there for 12 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Add some extra virgin olive oil on a hot sauce pan and place the fish, previously drained and dried with the skin facing down.<\/p>\n<p>Cook it on medium heat for 4 minutes. Then turn it over and cook for 2 more minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove and leave apart.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Preparing the onions<\/h4>\n<p>Peel de onions and cut into strips.<\/p>\n<p>Add some extra virgin olive oil on a hot sauce pan and cook the onions until they are caramelized.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Preparing the plate<\/h4>\n<p>Heat the fish in the oven for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Place some caramelized onions on a plate and add the fish.<\/p>\n<p>It can be served with green salad, dressed with apple or umeboshi vinegar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We encourage you to try this recipe and feel free to comment your opinion on it!<br \/>\nAnd if you have any questions about the preparation, don&#8217;t hesitate to ask on a comment!
