Dare to implement them all and become a masterchef!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>MACKERELS WITH ONIONS AND TERIYAKI<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9875\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/caballas-ingles.jpg\" alt=\"mackerels\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Mackerels<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 mackerels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mackerel <\/strong>is a blue fish rich in <strong>omega 3, vitamins A, D and E,<\/strong> with protective properties for the nervous system.<\/p>\n<p><u>Onions<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dry onions &#8211; 600 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Soft onions &#8211; 2<\/li>\n<li>French onions &#8211; 8<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Onions<\/strong> are a marvelous digestive tonic. They contain allicin, a compound rich in sulfur that help livers eliminate toxins accumulated in the blood.<\/p>\n<p><u>Teriyaki Sauce<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artichokes \u2013 1<\/li>\n<li>Sweet rice wine mirim &#8211; 200 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Agave syrup &#8211; 220 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Soya &#8211; 180 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Citronella &#8211; 100 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Ginger &#8211; 100 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Lime &#8211; 400 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Others<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currants &#8211; 12<\/li>\n<li>Virgin olive oil &#8211; 100ml.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Caramelize the <strong>dried onions<\/strong>, steam and mark the <strong>soft onions <\/strong>in the pan and cook the <strong>french onions<\/strong> in the teriyaki sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the mackerels, grill them and finish them in a reduction of teriyaki sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Use cherries and curly chive for the plate decoration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>CRISPY COD, SWEET POTATO FOAM, MUSHROOMS AND VANILLA OIL<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Cod<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desalted cod \u2013 180 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Eggs &#8211; 2<\/li>\n<li>Panko &#8211; 200 gr<\/li>\n<li>Extra Virgin olive oil &#8211; 500 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Dry garlic\u2013 1 clove garlic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cod<\/strong> is a white fish that provides a great amount of<strong> proteins, minerals and vitamins.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Sweet potato Foam<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>White sweet potato &#8211; 200 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Virgin olive oil &#8211; 20 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Soy cream &#8211; 100 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Salt, Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sweet potato<\/strong> is an excellent source of easily digestible energy. They promote relaxation and rest due to the sweet taste.<\/p>\n<p><u>Mushrooms<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dehydrate Shiitake &#8211; 20 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Extar Virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>shiitake mushroom<\/strong> is almost a medicine due to the qualities to stimulate the immune system, lower cholesterol and relax in times of stress.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confit the cod in hot olive oil and then coat in panko. Fry in hot olive oil (180\u00ba).<\/li>\n<li>Boil the sweet potatoes and add them to the soy cream and some salt.
