Dare to implement them all and become a masterchef!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>GINGER CREME CARAMEL, SOY YOGURT CREAM, APPLE GANNY SMITH AND GRANOLA OAT<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9881\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/flan-ingles.jpg\" alt=\"Ginger cremeGinger creme\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Ginger Flan<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil \u2013 20 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Ginger \u2013 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Oat Drink \u2013 250 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Rice Drink \u2013 250 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Agave syrup \u2013 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Molasses Rice \u2013 110 gr<\/li>\n<li>Agar-agar \u2013 4,5 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ginger<\/strong> is a powerful anti-inflammatory that improves circulation and increases the ability to digest food.<\/p>\n<p><u>Yogurt Soup<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soy yogurt\u2013 200 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Soy cream \u2013 50 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Rice Molasses \u2013 70 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Lemon cream<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lemon juice \u2013 50 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Soy drink \u2013 150 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Molasses \u2013 45 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Agar-agar \u2013 6 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Soy cream \u2013 30 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric \u2013 1 c\/c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Others<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Smith Apple \u2013 1<\/li>\n<li>Blackberries\u2013 8<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ginger flan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix rice milk, agave syrup, rice molasses, agar-agar and ginger juice and bring to boil. Put the result on moulds in the fridge and let it cool for 3 hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yogurt Soup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix soy cream with rice molasses and heat in slow fire. Move it away from the fire and add yogurt. Keep it for later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lemon cream<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix soy drink, Molasses and agar agar, bring to boil and add the rest of ingredients (not the soy cream) once away from the fire. Let it cool and mix in the blender adding the soy cream.<\/p>\n<p>For the granola mix oatmeal, walnut and almond laminated with rice molasses, bake until crisp and crush it in the blender. Use the laminated apple for the presentation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>ALMONDS PARFAIT AND RED FRUITS WITH SABLE ALMONDS <\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Almond cookie<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Almond powder \u2013 30gr.<\/li>\n<li>Almond flour \u2013 60gr.<\/li>\n<li>Water \u2013 5gr.<\/li>\n<li>Bio margarine \u2013 35gr.<\/li>\n<li>Rice molasses \u2013 25gr.<\/li>\n<li>Salt \u2013 a little<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Red Fruits Sauce<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raspberries &#8211; 50gr.<\/li>\n<li>Blueberries &#8211; 50gr.<\/li>\n<li>Redcurrant &#8211; 50gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Red fruits<\/strong> contain many phytonutrients and are a potent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anticancer and antibacterial.<\/p>\n<p><u>Almond Cream<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Almond paste &#8211; 100gr.<\/li>\n<li>Oat milk &#8211; 40gr.<\/li>\n<li>Agar agar &#8211; 1gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Almonds<\/strong> are an excellent tonic, alkaline, rich in calcium and protein.<\/p>\n<p><u>Vanilla Cream<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oat milk &#8211; 65gr.<\/li>\n<li>Rice Molasses &#8211; 60gr.<\/li>\n<li>White almond paste &#8211; 15gr.<\/li>\n<li>Agar Agar 3gr.<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla &#8211; 1 stick<\/li>\n<li>Soy cream &#8211; 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Kuzu &#8211; 3 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mix the almond flour, whole spelt flour, margarine, agave syrup and some water and let it stand.<\/li>\n<li>Extend in sil-pac, cut into rectangles and bake it at 160 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>For the almond cream boil the soy milk with agar agar and add the almond paste.<\/li>\n<li>Make a pastry cream with vanilla and soy milk.<\/li>\n<li>For the decoration use red fruits and toasted sabl\u00e9 almonds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We present the SHA Wellness Dessert Recipes at Masterchef that the contestants had to prepare in the team event.
