Dare to implement them all and become a masterchef!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>ARTICHOKES, PINE NUTS AND CRUNCHY SPELT WITH SHIMEJI<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Cream<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artichokes &#8211; 1.2 kg.<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil &#8211; 75 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Artichoke<\/strong> is digestive and it helps digest fats and purify the liver.<\/p>\n<p><u>Artichoke Veil<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artichokes &#8211; 400 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Agar-agar &#8211; 2 g.<\/li>\n<li>Lemons &#8211; 1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Garnish<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artichokes &#8211; 1<\/li>\n<li>Pine nuts &#8211; 40 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Integral Spelt Bread &#8211; 200 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Brown Shimejis &#8211; 100 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Virgin olive oil &#8211; 500 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pine nuts <\/strong>provide energy and are rich in protein and essential fatty acids.<br \/>\nThe <strong>shiimeji seaweed<\/strong> is a mushroom with medicinal properties that acts as a regulator of the immune system and is a poweful antitumor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take one artichoke for EVERY 3 dishes to prepare, peel and cut to make chips.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a cream with the remaining parts of the artichokes. Boil the rest and keep the water to create circular veils with agar.<\/li>\n<li>Peel the boiled artichokes and cut into eighths. Because they contain high levels of tomatina, an alkaloid related to joint pain. Tofu is very purifying and nourishing.
