Primeramente debes tener en cuenta que<strong> <\/strong><strong>la mayor\u00eda de los dolores o lesiones son derivadas del sedentarismo, con lo que cualquier actividad f\u00edsica bien practicada es preventiva<\/strong> de las mismas. A su vez, la incorrecta pr\u00e1ctica deportiva puede derivar en lesiones o mala t\u00e9cnica. Antes de abandonar el deporte, lo mejor es consultar con un experto que analice la t\u00e9cnica y la carga que est\u00e1s haciendo, para corregir y cuantificar debidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Analizamos las dolencias m\u00e1s comunes y te recomendamos los deportes aconsejados para mejorar dichas lesiones:<\/p>\n<h3>Dolor de espalda<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Para el dolor de espalda, el deporte recomendable es la nataci\u00f3n, limit\u00e1ndote a los estilos crol o espalda<\/strong>, ya que se practica en posiciones neutras y nadando de forma lineal sin forzar.<br \/>\n<strong>Si bien no se trata de un deporte, otra actividad f\u00edsica adecuada es el m\u00e9todo pilates<\/strong>, ya que fortalece lo que se denomina el \u201ccentro de energ\u00eda\u201d o \u201cpower house\u201d.
