Hasta hace pocos d\u00edas, aunque muchos de nosotros ya nos hab\u00edamos incorporado al trabajo tras las vacaciones, a\u00fan manten\u00edamos el esp\u00edritu positivo veraniego y la energ\u00eda y vitalidad conseguida durante los d\u00edas de descanso. Sin embargo, con la bajada de las temperaturas y los d\u00edas cada vez m\u00e1s cortos, la asimilaci\u00f3n de la vuelta a la rutina nos cuesta cada vez m\u00e1s por lo que muchos llaman el \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/S%C3%ADndrome_postvacacional\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>s\u00edndrome postvacacional<\/strong><\/a>\u201d. Por ello, en este post pretendemos reflexionar sobre el tema y daros unos consejos que os ayuden a sobrellevar mejor este cambio y a mantener las energ\u00edas y los \u00e1nimos elevados.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Noelia Aguirre<\/strong>, nuestra psic\u00f3loga en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shawellness.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>SHA<\/strong><\/a>, nos explica que aunque el llamado \u201cs\u00edndrome postvacacional\u201d no existe como entidad cl\u00ednica patol\u00f3gica (es decir, como \u201cenfermedad\u201d), se llama as\u00ed al conjunto de signos y s\u00edntomas que algunas personas padecen al reintegrarse al trabajo despu\u00e9s de las vacaciones, a principios del oto\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>En ocasiones, aparecen un conjunto de molestias que son parte del proceso de <strong>adaptaci\u00f3n a la nueva rutina despu\u00e9s del descanso<\/strong>, y que pueden no tener car\u00e1cter patol\u00f3gico y desaparecer en poco tiempo. Pocas veces el \u201c<strong>s\u00edndrome postvacacional<\/strong>\u201d se instala con car\u00e1cter permanente si el paciente no estaba deprimido previamente. Generalmente, bastan unos d\u00edas para habituarse al nuevo ritmo. Sin embargo, en los casos m\u00e1s severos, las molestias llegan a interferir en la actividad laboral, debido a las dificultades de concentraci\u00f3n atencional, la irritabilidad, la sensaci\u00f3n subjetiva de ineficacia, el hast\u00edo, los problemas para organizarse, el \u00e1nimo triste y la falta de ilusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La doctora Aguirre considera que la falta de motivaci\u00f3n tiene un papel central en el origen de este problema, especialmente en el campo laboral. Si solo trabajamos para obtener el dinero que necesitamos, nuestro trabajo nunca ser\u00e1 una motivaci\u00f3n y decrecer\u00e1 la importancia de la vocaci\u00f3n y la realizaci\u00f3n personal. La crisis econ\u00f3mica tambi\u00e9n acent\u00faa esta vivencia del trabajo como algo compulsivo, vac\u00edo de sentido trascendente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una de las claves fundamentales para superar el \u201cs\u00edndrome postvacacional\u201d es procurar que el trabajo sea un eje vertebrador de nuestra vida, uno de los n\u00facleos m\u00e1s importantes de nuestra identidad.<\/strong>Somos, al menos en parte, el trabajo que hacemos. Dec\u00eda <strong>Charles Baudelaire<\/strong>: <em>\u201cNo hay m\u00e1s que dos medios para librarse de la pesadilla del paso implacable del tiempo: el placer y el trabajo. El placer agota y el trabajo fortifica\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Posiblemente, recuperar el sentido creativo y la consciencia de la utilidad de nuestro trabajo sea la mejor de las actitudes posibles para sentirnos mejor en estos d\u00edas dif\u00edciles. Hacerlo bien, lo mejor posible. Hacerlo con ganas, con ilusi\u00f3n\u2026 o incluso con rabia.<em> \u201cEl horizonte es negro, la tempestad amenaza; trabajemos.
