Sin embargo, seg\u00fan <strong>Isabel Moreno<\/strong>, nuestra experta en nutrici\u00f3n y terapias naturales \u201cresfriarse en oto\u00f1o no deber\u00eda ser algo normal, aunque estamos muy acostumbrados a que esto suceda por ejemplo con el inicio del nuevo curso escolar o en las guarder\u00edas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">La explicaci\u00f3n reside en la falta de preparaci\u00f3n para el cambio de estaci\u00f3n. Estos resfriados pueden estar ocasionados por una alimentaci\u00f3n inadecuada durante el verano. La ingesta frecuente durante los meses m\u00e1s calurosos del a\u00f1o de bebidas y fruta fr\u00eda, batidos, helados y yogures, facilita la acumulaci\u00f3n excesiva de mucosidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con la llegada de la bajada de las temperaturas, nuestro cuerpo utiliza los resfriados como v\u00eda de eliminaci\u00f3n de ese <strong>exceso de mucosidad producido por una mala alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Nuestra experta recomienda dejar que esos catarros se disuelvan sin necesidad de recurrir a medicamentos. Estos primeros resfriados del oto\u00f1o son un tipo de lo que llamamos \u201cenfermedades de ajuste\u201d, un mecanismo que utiliza el organismo para reajustarse y equilibrarse. Con el empleo de medicaci\u00f3n, reducimos los s\u00edntomas t\u00edpicos pero no ayudamos al cuerpo a eliminar el origen de ese resfriado: la humedad y mucosidad acumulada\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entonces, si no recurrimos a medicamentos, <strong>\u00bfc\u00f3mo eliminar los inc\u00f3modos s\u00edntomas de un resfriado como congesti\u00f3n nasal, fiebre, dolor de cabeza, tos o cansancio general?<\/strong> \u201cLa alimentaci\u00f3n es la mejor arma para prevenir, combatir y calmar los resfriados\u201d asegura Isabel. Y existen  numerosos recursos que nos ofrece la naturaleza para aliviar esos molestos s\u00edntomas, como por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;          <strong>Ume-sho-bancha<\/strong>: Esta bebida ayuda a suavizar los dolores de cabeza que suelen acompa\u00f1ar los resfriados. Es una bebida que fortalece la sangre y alivia la fatiga y la debilidad por lo que es interesante tenerla siempre a mano:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Para su preparaci\u00f3n utilizamos T\u00e9 Bancha, un t\u00e9 de 3 a\u00f1os, no excitante y con propiedades alcalinizantes, muy adecuado para consumo diario.<\/li>\n<li>Desmenuzamos 1 ciruela umeboshi en una taza, a\u00f1adimos media cucharadita de shoyu y t\u00e9 Bancha caliente. Removemos bien y lo tomamos caliente, comiendo tambi\u00e9n la ciruela.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;          <strong>T\u00e9 de ra\u00edz de Lotus<\/strong>: Cuando hay congesti\u00f3n pulmonar y exceso de mucosidad, ayuda a fluidificar las mucosidades para su mejor eliminaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Disolver 1 cucharada peque\u00f1a de ra\u00edz de Lotus en una taza de agua, a\u00f1adir una pizca de sal o unas gotas de shoyu. Calentar en el fuego sin que llegue a hervir. Tomar caliente.<\/li>\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n se puede preparar con la ra\u00edz seca. Para ello hervir tres o cuatro trocitos en medio litro de agua durante unos 15 minutos. Tomar caliente. Podemos utilizar la ra\u00edz seca de Lotus para a\u00f1adirla a nuestras sopas durante los procesos gripales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;          <strong>Emplasto de mostaza<\/strong>: Se utiliza para descongestionar pulmones y cuando hay acumulaci\u00f3n de mucosidad dif\u00edcil de soltar, en los senos frontales y paranasales:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-274 aligncenter\" title=\"Mostaza\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/mustard.jpg\" alt=\"Emplasto de mostaza: descongesti\u00f3n pulmonar y eliminaci\u00f3n de la mucosidad del resfriado\" width=\"359\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">En funci\u00f3n de la superficie a tratar utilizar m\u00e1s o menos cantidad de semillas de mostaza.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Triturarlas hasta obtener un polvo fino y a\u00f1adir un poco de agua para poder mezclarlo y formar una pasta. Depositarla en un trozo de pl\u00e1stico de envolver y cubrirlo con otro trozo de pl\u00e1stico para formar una cataplasma de \u00bd cm de espesor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Colocar el emplasto sobre la superficie a tratar hasta que la piel se ponga roja.
