Por ello, <strong>descansar y dormir bien resulta fundamental para nuestro bienestar<\/strong>, y una forma de ayudarnos a conseguirlo es realizando deporte de forma habitual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Luis Ganso<\/strong>, uno de nuestros entrenadores personales, dice que en los casos de insomnio y otros trastornos del sue\u00f1o lo que busca en sus alumnos es realizar ejercicios que reactiven el metabolismo energ\u00e9tico mediante la mejora de la fuerza y la resistencia para conseguir aumentar la hormona del crecimiento y facilitar el descanso posterior. Estos ejercicios siempre tienen que adaptarse a la edad y el problema concreto de la persona (no es lo mismo alguien que no pueda dormir por estr\u00e9s que por otros problemas como la apnea).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se recomienda la realizaci\u00f3n de <strong>actividades como yoga o pilates que ejercitan el cuerpo al tiempo que relajan la mente<\/strong>, ayudando a eliminar la ansiedad que muchas veces es la causante de la falta de sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras las sesiones energ\u00e9ticas es fundamental la correcta realizaci\u00f3n de estiramientos y ejercicios que permitan una relajaci\u00f3n final que favorecer\u00e1 a la recuperaci\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o y aplacar\u00e1 las dificultades para dormir bien. Adem\u00e1s, siempre es bueno <strong>crear un ritual relajante que calme la mente antes de dormir<\/strong> y disminuya el alto grado de actividad que solemos sentir en nuestro cuerpo tras hacer deporte. Un buen ba\u00f1o caliente, una lectura agradable o buena m\u00fasica de fondo justo antes de irnos a la cama pueden <strong>ayudarnos sustancialmente a conciliar el sue\u00f1o y reducir los trastornos del mismo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si a\u00fan as\u00ed sientes que no puedes dormir bien, el truco de contar ovejas s\u00f3lo funciona si lo unimos a <strong>respiraciones profundas<\/strong>, sintiendo c\u00f3mo se hinchan el abdomen y los pulmones y soltando la tensi\u00f3n en las exhalaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a1Esperamos que estos <strong>consejos para dormir bien os ayuden a tener un sue\u00f1o recuperador<\/strong>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muchas veces, por cansados que estemos, tenemos dificultades para dormir y no descansamos de forma adecuada.
