Hoy empezamos con la <strong>Ensalada de Quinoa<\/strong>, un plato sencillo, sabroso y muy nutritivo. \u00bfHab\u00e9is probado la quinoa?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-481\" title=\"La quinoa es el ingrediente principal de esta saludable receta\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/quinoa.jpg\" alt=\"La quinoa es el ingrediente principal de esta saludable receta\" width=\"441\" height=\"276\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La quinoa, el ingrediente base para esta receta saludable, es t\u00e9cnicamente la semilla de una hierba, aunque normalmente se considera un cereal integral por su composici\u00f3n y su forma de comerlo. Sin embargo, en comparaci\u00f3n con otros cereales integrales es bastante rica en prote\u00ednas, hierro y magnesio. Se cultiva desde hace m\u00e1s de 5000 a\u00f1os en los Andes y destaca por contener los 8 amino\u00e1cidos esenciales para el ser humano. Adem\u00e1s, los pueblos andinos tambi\u00e9n la utilizan con fines terap\u00e9uticos como hemorragias y luxaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para hacer una saludable ensalada de quinoa s\u00f3lo necesit\u00e1is quinoa en grano, agua y los frutos secos o vegetales que m\u00e1s os apetezca. Para cocinar la quinoa se necesitan dos partes de agua por cada parte de quinoa y poner a hervir hasta que el agua desaparezca y el grano queda al dente, cerrado. Si se echa demasiada agua el cereal se abrir\u00e1 y quedar\u00e1 pasado. Una vez lista la quinoa, se deja enfriar y se le a\u00f1aden los ingredientes que se desee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este v\u00eddeo <strong>nuestro chef Pablo Montoro<\/strong> hace una versi\u00f3n con semillas de calabaza, semillas de girasol, pasas y s\u00e9samo.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VyheE7TUEe8?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredientes: agua, quinoa, sal, semillas de calabaza, semillas de girasol, pasas, s\u00e9samo y ali\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dificultad: Ninguna<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tiempo: 20 minutos aprox.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para <strong>el ali\u00f1o de recetas saludables<\/strong> como esta, podemos utilizar sal marina del Himalaya, aceite de oliva virgen en crudo, vinagre de umeboshi, un poco de <strong>zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/strong> o incluso <strong>salsa de soja<\/strong>.
