Son ejercicios multiarticulares y multimusculares que buscan desarrollar la inteligencia del movimiento humano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-604 aligncenter\" title=\"Entrenamiento Funcional: qu\u00e9 es y cu\u00e1les son sus beneficios\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/CRS80871.jpg\" alt=\"Entrenamiento Funcional: qu\u00e9 es y cu\u00e1les son sus beneficios\" width=\"616\" height=\"412\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diferencia fundamental entre un <strong>entrenamiento funcional<\/strong> y un entrenamiento convencional es que el primero no est\u00e1 orientado a la competici\u00f3n de ning\u00fan tipo sino que est\u00e1 fundamentalmente <strong>destinado a mejorar la salud y el bienestar general<\/strong>. Los entrenamientos cl\u00e1sicos sol\u00edan centrarse en ejercicios aer\u00f3bicos generalizados sin tener en cuenta las necesidades concretas de las personas que los realizaban. Sin embargo, con el Entrenamiento Funcional, lo que buscamos en SHA es que cada hu\u00e9sped saque el m\u00e1ximo provecho a su cuerpo y a sus movimientos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este entrenamiento incorpora lo mejor de cada campo del fitness, teniendo en cuenta la fisiolog\u00eda y la biomec\u00e1nica funcional del cuerpo humano, la neurociencia y las leyes f\u00edsicas aplicadas a cada movimiento corporal. De este modo, los ejercicios se realizan a partir del estudio detallado del funcionamiento del cuerpo de la persona y sus condiciones individuales, con lo que permiten obtener resultados optimizados.
