Con el comienzo de un nuevo a\u00f1o somos muchos los que solemos hacer balance del a\u00f1o anterior e incluso marcarnos una <strong>lista de prop\u00f3sitos que cumplir en el a\u00f1o que empieza<\/strong> y, algunas veces, incluso nos entristecemos al pensar en todo lo que no cumplimos el a\u00f1o anterior. <strong>Nuestra psic\u00f3loga Noelia Aguirre<\/strong> nos ayuda a comprender un poco mejor estos sentimientos y nos anima a proponernos metas alcanzables, teniendo muy claros nuestros <strong>prop\u00f3sitos para a\u00f1o nuevo<\/strong> y conseguir que se cumplan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-674 alignleft\" title=\"Psic\u00f3logo social Erich Fromm\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/erich_fromm.jpg\" alt=\"El psic\u00f3logo Erich Fromm habla de lo positivo de los cambios en la vida\" width=\"369\" height=\"272\" \/>\u00abUno no puede estar profundamente receptivo al mundo sin entristecerse a menudo\u201d, dijo el genial psic\u00f3logo social <strong>Erich Fromm<\/strong>. Este ser\u00eda el mejor de los <strong>prop\u00f3sitos para el nuevo a\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo primero que debemos hacer para conseguir \u00e9sto es definir exactamente qu\u00e9 es lo que quiero: qu\u00e9 aspectos concretos de mi conducta o de mi personalidad deseo cambiar, y en qu\u00e9 sentido. Tendremos que establecer unos pasos sucesivos, una secuencia de acciones, un plan. Ser\u00e1 conveniente preveer el tiempo necesario para este proceso gradual, y evaluar su cumplimiento de manera peri\u00f3dica. Es posible cambiar h\u00e1bitos, actitudes, estados de \u00e1nimo, estilos de pensamiento, etc. Se puede aprender a controlar impulsos, tolerar la frustraci\u00f3n, ser m\u00e1s racionales, m\u00e1s positivos, m\u00e1s creativos, relacionarnos mejor con los dem\u00e1s&#8230; Todo esto est\u00e1 en nuestras manos; depende de nosotros. Como dijo un poeta: \u00abSegundo a segundo&#8230;.tu pulso es la causa del pulso del mundo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evidentemente, esto que sugiere Noelia es algo muy personal que debemos hacer de forma individual. Eso no significa que no podamos darnos alg\u00fan capricho de vez en cuando, pero siempre siendo conscientes de ello.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intentemos que nuestra ropa de cama y nuestra ropa de vestir m\u00e1s cercana a la piel sea de algod\u00f3n. Estaremos cuidando tanto del planeta como de nuestra salud y nuestra piel.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Procuremos que los productos cosm\u00e9ticos que usemos sean naturales y ecol\u00f3gicos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hagamos algo de ejercicio al d\u00eda, aunque sea desde casa.
