Hace unas semanas os contamos c\u00f3mo hacer una Ensalada de Quinoa de forma r\u00e1pida y sencilla. Pues bien, hoy queremos que intent\u00e9is hacer una receta algo m\u00e1s elaborada para dar a vuestra mesa un toque gourmet sin renunciar a la nutrici\u00f3n saludable: <strong>Parrillada de verduras ahumadas a la menta con pur\u00e9 de frutos secos y trufa rallada.<\/strong> Suena apetitoso, \u00bfverdad?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-747\" title=\"Parrillada de verduras, una de las comidas m\u00e1s sanas\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/SHA-Cuisine-22.jpg\" alt=\"Comidas sanas: receta de parrillada de verduras\" width=\"682\" height=\"463\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es una de las <strong>comidas sanas estrella de nuestro chef<\/strong> <strong>Pablo Montoro<\/strong> y para realizarla necesitar\u00e9is los siguientes ingredientes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la parrillada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>calabac\u00edn 10 g.<\/li>\n<li>pimiento rojo 5 g.<\/li>\n<li>pimiento verde 5 g.<\/li>\n<li>pimiento amarillo 5 g.<\/li>\n<li>mazorca 10 g.<\/li>\n<li>ajo tierno 10 g.<\/li>\n<li>puerro 10 g.<\/li>\n<li>nabo 10 g.<\/li>\n<li>hinojo 10 g.<\/li>\n<li>tirabeques 20 g.<\/li>\n<li>zanahoria 10 g.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el pur\u00e9 de frutos secos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pimientos choriceros    300 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Frutos secos variados    500 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Zanahoria    200 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla    200 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Agua c\/s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el acompa\u00f1amiento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trufa 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Serr\u00edn de menta 3 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los pasos de esta receta sana son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.- Para la parrillada: Cortar las verduras previamente escaldadas por la mitad (puerro, nabo, zanahoria, tirabeques, hinojo, ajo tierno), y marcar en la plancha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.- Para el pur\u00e9 de frutos secos: Se rehogan las verduras con el pimiento choricero limpio. A continuaci\u00f3n se incorpora los frutos secos y tras rehogarlo un poco m\u00e1s se moja con agua teniendo en cuenta que tiene que quedar m\u00e1s bien seco, puesto que luego se triturara y deber\u00e1 tener que quedar un pur\u00e9 espeso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Para la trufa picada: Picar fino la trufa y humedecerla en aceite para que se conserve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.- Acabado y presentaci\u00f3n del plato: Coloque las verduras en el centro de la placa haciendo una pir\u00e1mide redonda, a\u00f1ada la trufa y el pur\u00e9 de frutos secos y ahumar a la menta si se dispone del utensilio correspondiente. Sino, se pica la menta hasta que quede en polvo y se espolvorea.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mOYdiNJkgqI?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 os parece?
