Para elegirla, esta vez realizamos una encuesta en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SHAMADI.Restaurant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook de SHAMADI<\/a> y, aunque los resultados han estado bastante re\u00f1idos, ha ganado el <strong>tartar de at\u00fan<\/strong>. Las pr\u00f3ximas semanas procuraremos ir subiendo el resto. \u00a1Gracias por participar!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>tartar de at\u00fan<\/strong> es un plato saludable que puede hacerse de muchas formas distintas aunque la base siempre es la misma: <strong>at\u00fan crudo macerado<\/strong>. En nuestro caso, la realizamos <strong>con algas japonesas al gusto, coliflor, hinojo, cebolla tierna y una espuma de mostaza con un toque de wasabi<\/strong>, y la acompa\u00f1amos con pan de espelta. Pero lo bueno de esta receta es que puede personalizarse y cambiarse cada vez que se quiera seg\u00fan nuestros gustos personales. Nosotros os sugerimos la nuestra y esperemos poder intercambiar impresiones y recetas con vosotros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfSab\u00edais que <strong>el at\u00fan ayuda a adelgazar y perder grasas gracias a su alto contenido en Omega 3 y Omega 6<\/strong>? Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n aporta calcio y vitaminas importantes como la Vitamina A o la Vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-781\" title=\"Tartar de at\u00fan\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/Tartar-de-atun-2.jpg\" alt=\"Tartar de at\u00fan: recetas saludables de SHAmadi\" width=\"700\" height=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredientes por persona<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At\u00fan crudo 120g.<\/li>\n<li>Algas 1g.<\/li>\n<li>Coliflor 5g.<\/li>\n<li>Hinojo 3&#8217;5g.<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla tierna 3g.<\/li>\n<li>Pan de espelta al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el marinado:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lim\u00f3n 50g.<\/li>\n<li>Cebollino 2g.<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen 5ml.<\/li>\n<li>Sal Maldon 1g.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la espuma de mostaza:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mostaza fina bio:  15g.<\/li>\n<li>Crema vegetariana para cocinar: 30ml.<\/li>\n<li>Wasabi: 0&#8217;1g.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instrucciones para la elaboraci\u00f3n el tartar de at\u00fan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cortar el hinojo y la coliflor en trozos peque\u00f1os de tama\u00f1o similar y ponerlos en agua y vinagre durante un d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cortar el at\u00fan en dados de 1cm y ponerlos en un bol con los ingredientes para marinarlo.<\/li>\n<li>Poner a remojo las algas y, mientras, cortar el pan de espelta en rodajas muy finas y tostar al horno durante 10 minutos a 150\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar la cebolla tierna en rodajas muy finas.<\/li>\n<li>Poner la crema vegetariana y la mostaza junto con el wasabi en un sif\u00f3n y meter el gas para obtener la espuma.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Acabado y presentaci\u00f3n del tartar de at\u00fan:<\/strong> Poner el at\u00fan marinado en un plato formando un c\u00edrculo, a\u00f1adir el pan a trozos peque\u00f1os, distribuir las verduras y algas escurridas y, luego, poner 5 puntos de espuma con el sif\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas son las medidas exactas que utilizamos en SHAMADI, teniendo en cuenta que el <strong>tartar de at\u00fan<\/strong> forma parte de un men\u00fa con primero, segundo y postre&#8230; si lo hac\u00e9is como plato \u00fanico deber\u00e9is incrementar las medidas seg\u00fan consider\u00e9is necesario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bfOs anim\u00e1is a probarla? \u00bfTen\u00e9is vuestra propia<strong> receta para el tartar de at\u00fan<\/strong>? \u00bfCu\u00e1l es?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Feliz Jueves a todos!
