Ya lo demostramos con el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=dTA3162TGjA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">v\u00eddeo de las galletas navide\u00f1as saludables<\/a>, y ahora queremos compartir la receta de un postre muy rico&#8230; \u00a1y adem\u00e1s con chocolate! La idea, como bien nos explic\u00f3 Pablo Montoro en este post, es sustituir los alimentos m\u00e1s perjudiciales como los az\u00facares y harinas refinadas por otros m\u00e1s saludables como los siropes o la harina de espelta. \u00a1Esperamos que os gusten!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>INGREDIENTES DE LA RECETA DE BU\u00d1UELOS SALUDABLES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li> Para el relleno:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Margarina Ecol\u00f3gica 60 Gr., Sirope de agave 15 Gr., Cobertura negra 175 Gr., Nata de soja o avena 140 Gr.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Para el orly:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Harina de espelta blanca 175 Gr., Cacao en polvo 75 Gr., Agua tibia 225 ml., Aceite de girasol 4 Tsp., Tofu blando 40 Gr., Cerveza Ecol\u00f3gica 170 ml., un pellizquito de sal.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Para el esp\u00e9culo de cacao:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sirope de agave 67 Gr., Margarina 25 Gr., Agua 45 Gr., Harina de espelta Blanca 90 Gr., Cacao en polvo 45 Gr., Levadura en polvo 1,3 Gr.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Para el cremoso de galleta:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agave 250 gr.,  Galleta ECO sin gluten 380 gr.,  Nata de soja 450 gr., Hoja de gelatina 7 u,  Nata semi montada 250 gr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>INSTRUCCIONES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li> <strong>Relleno<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fundir la margarina junto con el sirope al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda, una vez fundido agregar la cobertura y fundir, a\u00f1adir la nata y remover hasta tener una masa  uniforme. Rellenar moldes de medias lunas peque\u00f1os y congelar.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Orly<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Triturar el tofu junto con el agua y el aceite hasta tener un l\u00edquido uniforme, ponerlo en la sart\u00e9n y agregar la cerveza y la harina tamizada junto con el cacao y la sal. Dejar reposar 24H<strong>.  Fre\u00edr<\/strong>: Calentar el aceite hasta punto de fritura de bu\u00f1uelos y pinchar con un palillo de pincho en la base plana de la medialuna del relleno congelado, ba\u00f1ar uniformemente en el orly quitando excesos y fre\u00edr durante 30 segundos aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Esp\u00e9culo de cacao<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mezclar todos los ingredientes, estirar en una bandeja con el grosor de una galleta y dejar reposar 30min encima del horno. Cortar los esp\u00e9culos y hornear a 160\u00baC durante 5 minutos.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Cremoso de galleta<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poner a hidratar la gelatina. Llevar el agave al fuego lento hasta que alcance punto de caramelo obscuro (aprox. 15min) y a\u00f1adir la nata de soja. Triturar la galleta en la termomix y a\u00f1ad\u00edrsela a mezcla anterior. Semimontar la nata en la kitchen y a\u00f1adirle la primera mezcla junto con la gelatina hidratada, batir 2 minutos y poner en envases a congelar (como helado). Para servir, pasar por la trituradora y poner en la manga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sabemos que es una <strong>receta de bu\u00f1uelos diferente y bastante complicada<\/strong> pero os aseguramos que merece la pena hacerla por lo <strong>saludable<\/strong> que es.
