Pocas piedras habr\u00e1, en los tiempos que corren&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, tal y como explica nuestra psic\u00f3loga Noelia Aguirre, el estr\u00e9s no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser malo: \u201c<em>Si entendemos el estr\u00e9s como nuestro sistema de alarma frente a los peligros, aceptaremos que es sensato experimentar un cierto nivel de estr\u00e9s: no sentirlo nos dejar\u00eda desprotegidos<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c<em>El estr\u00e9s es el mecanismo a trav\u00e9s del cual nuestro sistema nervioso regula la cantidad de energ\u00eda que es necesario invertir al enfrentar una situaci\u00f3n dada, el grado de atenci\u00f3n que la situaci\u00f3n merece de acuerdo a su importancia, su significaci\u00f3n particular para nosotros, su car\u00e1cter de novedad o no, los recursos que tenemos para enfrentarla, etc. Si una situaci\u00f3n es peligrosa, muy importante, o nueva para nosotros, entonces requiere m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s energ\u00eda, que movilicemos nuestras capacidades para enfrentarla con \u00e9xito<\/em>\u201d, afirma Noelia Aguirre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestra psic\u00f3loga lo tiene claro: \u201c<em>experimentar un cierto nivel de estr\u00e9s es a veces una condici\u00f3n asociada a la eficiencia: no es necesariamente malo, aunque pueda sentirse como desagradable. Se vuelve patol\u00f3gico o anormal cuando es desproporcionado con la significaci\u00f3n racional de la situaci\u00f3n, cuando exageramos la importancia de la situaci\u00f3n, cuando la interpretamos de manera catastr\u00f3fica, cuando exageramos su peligrosidad<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De hecho, estas interpretaciones catastrofistas son el origen de muchas de nuestras preocupaciones diarias: \u201c<em>En mi vida he pasado a trav\u00e9s de cosas terribles, algunas de las cuales s\u00ed sucedieron<\/em>\u201d, dijo el genial Mark Twain. Cu\u00e1ntas veces nos damos cuenta de que aquello que tanto nos preocup\u00f3 en el pasado se ha diluido en el tiempo, sin que finalmente haya generado ninguna consecuencia dram\u00e1tica&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El car\u00e1cter m\u00e1s o menos desagradable que tenga la vivencia del estr\u00e9s depende tambi\u00e9n de nosotros: Un nivel adecuado de estr\u00e9s puede vivirse como entusiasmo, como potencial creativo, como un desaf\u00edo que enfrentamos con placer y auto confianza, como una preocupaci\u00f3n razonablemente \u201cprotectora\u201d. Un nivel excesivo nos agobia y nos paraliza, nos sentimos inundados e impotentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed pues, nuestros esfuerzos no deben ir enfocados a eliminar el estr\u00e9s, sino a aprender a realizar una gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s de forma adecuada. Adoptar una actitud realista, pragm\u00e1tica, racional y constructiva parece lo m\u00e1s necesario y, para conseguirla, una de nuestras m\u00e1s firmes recomendaciones es <strong>realizar habitualmente ejercicios de meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que nos ayuden a <strong>aprender a respirar mejor<\/strong>, a <strong>gestionar nuestro estr\u00e9s y a controlar nuestras emociones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-724\" title=\"Remedios para el estr\u00e9s: medita con nuestros profesores\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/HEVE0029-2.jpg\" alt=\"Aprende una correcta gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s en SHA a trav\u00e9s de la meditaci\u00f3n\" width=\"717\" height=\"472\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aunque podamos tener la idea de que meditar es evadirse, Nieves Gonz\u00e1lez, nuestra profesora de Yoga y meditaci\u00f3n en SHA, nos explica que \u201cmeditar es tomar conciencia de en qu\u00e9 y c\u00f3mo llevas a cabo tu rutina diaria. De prestar atenci\u00f3n absoluta al cuerpo y a la mente. No tiene que ver con el tiempo sino con estar presente\u201d.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uFooihEiCC0?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cuerpo es la voz de un sistema emocional que no puede expresarse m\u00e1s que a trav\u00e9s de la mente. Como mente y cuerpo pertenecen a la misma persona, el beneficio de una repercute en beneficio de otra. Y viceversa. El estr\u00e9s se auto induce y sus hermanas mayores son la ansiedad y la angustia. Como ha explicado Noelia Aguirre, el cerebro se va programando con amenazas externas que no suelen ser tan amenazadoras en la realidad. Por eso hay que ense\u00f1ar a las personas a \u201cdesprogramarse\u201d y la meditaci\u00f3n es una buena forma conseguir esto, aprendiendo con ello una correcta gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nosotros tenemos claro uno de los remedios para el estr\u00e9s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para minimizar sus efectos, basta con <strong>dedicar unos minutos al d\u00eda a la relajaci\u00f3n<\/strong> mediante la reflexi\u00f3n y el reencuentro con uno mismo de manera que consigamos el reequilibrio de mente, cuerpo y esp\u00edritu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El que est\u00e9 libre de estr\u00e9s, que tire la primera piedra.
