A continuaci\u00f3n, se a\u00f1aden el azafr\u00e1n, el pur\u00e9 de frutos secos y el arroz rojo. Se sofr\u00ede durante un minuto y se a\u00f1ade el caldo. Dejar cocer el arroz a fuego lento durante 15 minutos y, por \u00faltimo a\u00f1adir las verduras troceadas mientras removemos y dejar cocer durante 10-15 minutos m\u00e1s.
