Seguramente muchos habr\u00e9is o\u00eddo que el Pilates es muy bueno para la salud pero <strong>\u00bfsab\u00e9is exactamente cu\u00e1les son los m\u00faltiples beneficios del Pilates?<\/strong> Con este post pretendemos resolver muchas de vuestras dudas sobre la eficacia del m\u00e9todo Pilates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>m\u00e9todo Pilates<\/strong> <strong>fue creado por Joseph Pilates<\/strong> en su b\u00fasqueda de la uni\u00f3n perfecta entre t\u00e9cnicas como la gimnasia o el yoga para lograr hacer realidad la conocida frase en lat\u00edn de \u201c<em>mens sana in corpore sano<\/em>\u201d. Adem\u00e1s de ser considerado uno de los ejercicios m\u00e1s completos que existen hoy en d\u00eda, <strong>los beneficios del Pilates son muy numerosos y ayudan a conseguir una buena salud<\/strong> y un cuerpo sano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En las <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">clases de Pilates<\/span> se desarrollan una serie de ejercicios compuestos por movimientos controlados, muy conscientes, y coordinados con la respiraci\u00f3n, con el fin de crear un cuerpo armonioso, coordinado, musculado y flexible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e1ctica del Pilates, la mente va tomando conciencia de las capacidades, limitaciones, fortalezas y debilidades del cuerpo para mejorar el estado f\u00edsico y mental. Muchos son los<strong> beneficios del Pilates para la salud<\/strong>, ya que se trata de un m\u00e9todo global e integral que busca, seg\u00fan su propio creador, \u201c<em><strong>fortalecer el sistema corporal a trav\u00e9s del uso de la mente para dominar los m\u00fasculos<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los beneficios del Pilates y sus principales ventajas son:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es un <strong>deporte anaer\u00f3bico<\/strong> por lo que no se trabaja la resistencia a largo plazo pero sus beneficios son m\u00e1s globales y duraderos que en muchos deportes aer\u00f3bicos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fortalece los m\u00fasculos <strong>sin aumentar en exceso la masa muscular<\/strong>, tonificando el cuerpo de una forma m\u00e1s natural, al trabajarse de forma profunda y no s\u00f3lo superficial e incluyendo m\u00fasculos que normalmente no se trabajan en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Produce cambios en la vida diaria como la <strong>mejora de la postura corporal<\/strong>, eliminando dolores habituales causados por una mala postura como los dolores de cuello, dolores de cabeza o dolores de espalda, ya que hace un especial hincapi\u00e9 en la correcta alineaci\u00f3n de la columna vertebral.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mejora la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong> y, por tanto, la capacidad pulmonar. Hay una frase de Joseph Pilates, creador de este exitoso m\u00e9todo, que lo define muy bien: \u00ab<em>En diez sesiones sentir\u00e1s la diferencia, en veinte sesiones ver\u00e1s la diferencia, y en treinta sesiones te cambiar\u00e1 el cuerpo<\/em>\u00ab.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Todo el mundo puede practicar pilates<\/strong>: embarazadas, personas de edad avanzada e incluso ni\u00f1os.
