En el caso del p\u00e1del, no s\u00f3lo aumentamos nuestra condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y quemamos calor\u00edas, con lo que nos ayuda a ponernos en forma, sino que tambi\u00e9n mejoramos nuestra coordinaci\u00f3n de movimientos, nuestra agilidad y nuestros reflejos al tiempo que tonificamos nuestro cuerpo. Al ser un deporte esencialmente aer\u00f3bico, el p\u00e1del contribuye a mejorar nuestro sistema cardiovascular y a prevenir posibles enfermedades card\u00edacas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, las lesiones son menos frecuentes que en muchos otros deportes, ya que se ejercita el cuerpo en su conjunto y los movimientos son bastante controlados, aunque en ocasiones puedan producirse lesiones por mala postura. Por ello es tan importante, como en todos los deportes, calentar antes de salir a jugar para que nuestros m\u00fasculos est\u00e9n preparados para el esfuerzo, y estirar al finalizar la partida de p\u00e1del.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aunque tiene el mismo sistema de puntuaci\u00f3n que el tenis y se parecen bastante, se juega en pistas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as (de 10x20m) que requieren a\u00fan m\u00e1s agilidad de movimientos y m\u00e1s reflejos para devolver la pelota a tiempo, y se juega con unas palas espec\u00edficas bastante distintas a las raquetas tradicionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1025 aligncenter\" title=\"Pista de p\u00e1del y tenis en SHA\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/100_1950.jpg\" alt=\"Pista de p\u00e1del y tenis en SHA\" width=\"614\" height=\"391\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El juego del p\u00e1del se basa en desplazamientos cortos de piernas en todas direcciones, coordinaci\u00f3n y uso de ambos brazos para darle de forma correcta a la pelota y adem\u00e1s se caracteriza por la lectura anticipada de la pr\u00f3xima jugada por lo que, adem\u00e1s de un desarrollo adecuado de nuestra psicomotricidad, tambi\u00e9n se requiere una mente \u00e1gil y despierta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una de las razones principales que ha motivado el \u00e9xito del p\u00e1del es la facilidad de juego ya que no es un deporte que requiera conseguir un alto nivel de t\u00e9cnica para poder disfrutar de \u00e9l, sino que con unas cuantas sesiones ya se puede adquirir un nivel medio y disfrutar de pleno del juego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, otra de sus principales ventajas es que <strong>el p\u00e1del es un deporte que se puede jugar pr\u00e1cticamente a cualquier edad<\/strong> sin suponer demasiado desgaste f\u00edsico. Desde los ni\u00f1os que empiezan en el colegio a las personas de edad avanzada que quieren practicar alg\u00fan deporte al aire libre de forma activa sin someterse a excesos f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero adem\u00e1s de que <strong>el p\u00e1del es muy beneficioso para nuestra salud f\u00edsica<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n lo es para nuestra salud ps\u00edquica y mental, ya que se trata de uno de los deportes m\u00e1s sociales del momento, pues suele jugarse en parejas y normalmente permite conocer a mucha gente con intereses similares y pas\u00e1rnoslo bien con ellos.
