Sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda de <strong>recetas <\/strong>de<strong> Pascua<\/strong> se basan esencialmente en ingredientes no recomendables para nuestra salud como el az\u00facar y las harinas refinadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde SHA siempre os animamos a seguir una dieta saludable que evite alimentos perjudiciales para la salud y, por ello, os recomendamos sustituir esos ingredientes por otros alimentos m\u00e1s sanos como la harina de espelta o los siropes naturales para endulzar vuestras recetas de Pascua de forma m\u00e1s sana. En Navidad ya os dimos unos cuantos consejos generales y compartimos la receta de <strong>bu\u00f1uelos de chocolate sin az\u00facar<\/strong>, y hoy os traemos dos nuevas <strong>recetas <\/strong>para<strong> Semana Santa<\/strong> que siguen estos mismos principios saludables: cambiamos las <strong>torrijas tradicionales<\/strong> por unas torrijas de harina de espelta y la leche frita de vaca por una leche frita de coco.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Torrijas de espelta con helado de turr\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ingredientes para unas diez raciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para las torrijas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Baguette integral de espelta 600 gr<\/li>\n<li>Leche de almendras 1 litro<\/li>\n<li>Piel de lim\u00f3n 2 unidades<\/li>\n<li>Ramas de canela 6 unidades<\/li>\n<li>Melaza de arroz 250 gr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para freir:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Melaza de arroz 400 gr<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de girasol ecol\u00f3gico 100 gr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el helado de turr\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Nata de soja 250 gr<\/li>\n<li>Leche de avena 1000 gr<\/li>\n<li>Melaza de arroz 100 gr<\/li>\n<li>Sirope de agave 100 gr<\/li>\n<li>Agar-agar 5 gr<\/li>\n<li>Pasta de anacardos 300 gr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instrucciones para las<strong> torrijas de Semana Santa:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Infusionar la leche, la piel de lim\u00f3n, la canela y la melaza de arroz y dejar enfr\u00edar.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar la baguette integral de espelta en rebanadas de 4cm y quitar la corteza a cada rebanada, intentando dejar rectangulos de 7cmx4cm.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar los rect\u00e1ngulos de pan de espelta en remojo de 6 a 8 horas en la infusi\u00f3n fr\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Reba\u00f1ar los rect\u00e1ngulos por todos los lados en una mezcla de melaza y aceite previamente colocada sobre una placa o plato y fre\u00edr a fuego con muy poco aceite de igual manera por todos los lados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instrucciones para <strong>el helado de turr\u00f3n:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n (5 minutos a fuego medio aprox.) todos los ingredientes menos la pasta de anacardos.<\/li>\n<li>Pesar la pasta en la thermomix y turbinar a m\u00e1xima potencia junto con la mezcla anterior caliente. Congelar hasta que adquiera la textura deseada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Leche frita de coco con chocolate caliente<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ingredientes para unas diez raciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la leche frita:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leche de coco 500 ml<\/li>\n<li>Leche de avena 500 ml<\/li>\n<li>Maicena 50 gr<\/li>\n<li>Harina integral 35 gr<\/li>\n<li>Canela 5 gr<\/li>\n<li>Agave 200 ml<\/li>\n<li>Kudzu 10 gr<\/li>\n<li>Agar-agar 2,5 gr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el chocolate caliente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nata de soja 125 gr<\/li>\n<li>Agua 350 ml<\/li>\n<li>Agave 200 gr<\/li>\n<li>Cacao puro en polvo 90 gr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instrucciones para la <strong>leche frita de Pascua<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Medir la leche de coco y la leche de avena juntas, reservar 300 ml de la mezcla total y llevar lo dem\u00e1s a ebullici\u00f3n junto con la canela, el agave y el agar-agar.<\/li>\n<li>Disolver el kudzu en agua y a\u00f1adir a la primera mezcla una vez haya llegado a ebullici\u00f3n. Homogenizar la harina integral y la maicena con los 300ml de la mezcla reservada y a\u00f1adir dejando bullir durante 5 minutos sin dejar de remover para evitar que se pegue.<\/li>\n<li>Poner en un molde rectangular y congelar.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar la leche frita congelada en cubitos de 3x3cm y fre\u00edrlos lentamente evitando que se peguen al fondo. Espolvorear con canela cuando a\u00fan est\u00e1n calientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instrucciones para el <strong>chocolate caliente<\/strong>: Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n todos los ingredientes, remover eventualmente, dejar enfriar y guardar.
