Normalmente se hacen cociendo granos de avena, arroz, otros cereales o incluso legumbres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy queremos compartir con vosotros la receta sana de nuestro <strong>porridge de arroz<\/strong> para un<strong> desayuno completo y saludable<\/strong>, con la energ\u00eda necesaria (hidratos de carbono) que aportan los cereales integrales. Es una receta de porridge muy f\u00e1cil y de bajo coste que aporta la energ\u00eda que nuestro cuerpo necesita durante toda la ma\u00f1ana. Adem\u00e1s, recomendamos servirlo con un poco de la <strong>ciruela japonesa umeboshi<\/strong> por ser un alcalinizante natural muy potente que adem\u00e1s nos ayuda a tener la mente despejada y activa durante todo el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los<strong> ingredientes<\/strong> que necesitamos para nuestro desayuno saludable a base de porridge de arroz son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de arroz integral org\u00e1nico por persona<\/li>\n<li>5 tazas de agua mineral por cada taza de arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>umeboshi o frutas naturales de temporada al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong> es muy sencilla pero requiere mucho tiempo, por lo que recomendamos siempre prepararlo la noche anterior:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Poner el arroz en remojo durante al menos 5 horas (o toda la noche) en agua mineral<\/li>\n<li>Poner el arroz y el agua en remojo en una olla a presi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir una pizca de sal o un peque\u00f1o trozo de alga kombu por cada taza de arroz<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n y cocinar a fuego lento con difusor durante 50 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Retirarlo del fuego y dejar que enfr\u00ede de forma natural<\/li>\n<li>Servir en un plato acompa\u00f1ado de un poco de ciruela umeboshi o de frutas al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como hemos dicho, aunque este receta es de arroz, tambi\u00e9n puede hacerse <strong>porridge de avena<\/strong> (tradicionalmente conocidas como gachas de avena) o de otros cereales integrales al gusto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No es necesario a\u00f1adir az\u00facar porque el porridge coge el dulce natural de los propios cereales integrales por lo que esta <strong>receta sin az\u00facar<\/strong> de porridge resulta muy sana y completa para un desayuno saludable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bfOs gusta el porridge? \u00bfTen\u00e9is alguna otra forma de prepararlo?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enlaces relacionados:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recetas Saludables: Arroz rojo con verduras y seit\u00e1n<\/li>\n<li>Recetas Saludables: Tarta de manzana, tu postre para San Valent\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>Recetas Saludables: Tartar de At\u00fan<\/li>\n<li>Recetas Saludables: Bu\u00f1uelos Macrobi\u00f3ticos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el porridge?
