{"id":70924,"date":"2013-05-16T07:27:10","date_gmt":"2013-05-16T05:27:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/receta-para-celiacos\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:40:07","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:40:07","slug":"receta-para-celiacos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/receta-para-celiacos\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta para cel\u00edacos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Recetas saludables: pastel de mijo para cel\u00edacos<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Celiaqu%C3%ADa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>celiaqu\u00eda<\/strong><\/a> es una enfermedad de nuestro sistema digestivo que se caracteriza por una inflamaci\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica del intestino delgado causada por la gliadina, uno de los componentes del gluten, presente en muchos de los cereales que ingerimos habitualmente (trigo, cebada, centeno, espelta, avena\u2026) y que las personas cel\u00edacas deben dejar de consumir para no sufrir dolores y problemas intestinales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No obstante, los cereales son una parte fundamental de una dieta saludable por lo que es importante que los cel\u00edacos conozcan muy bien cu\u00e1les son los cereales integrales que pueden comer y que permiten elaborar <strong>recetas sin gluten para cel\u00edacos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay algunos cereales integrales como el arroz, el mijo, el ma\u00edz o la quinoa que no contienen gluten por lo que pueden utilizarse perfectamente en la cocina para cel\u00edacos y, adem\u00e1s, nos ayudan a mejorar la salud de nuestros intestinos e incluso pueden mejorar nuestra <strong>intolerancia al gluten<\/strong> a largo plazo, ya que una alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada consigue reequilibrar nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los cereales que m\u00e1s ayuda a los cel\u00edacos es el mijo, cereal milenario y muy energ\u00e9tico, sencillo de preparar tanto en cocina dulce como salada.
