Es una receta f\u00e1cil y sencilla, muy poco costosa, que permite hacer <strong>helado casero<\/strong> de forma r\u00e1pida y c\u00f3moda. El helado se puede comer solo o acompa\u00f1ar a postres tan ricos y saludables como el de la foto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la receta de helado sin lactosa, hay que sustituir la leche de vaca por <strong>leche de avena<\/strong> o <strong>leche de soja<\/strong>, o incluso mezclarlas entre ellas. Tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer a partir de yogur de avena o yogur de soja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredientes para la receta de helado sin az\u00facar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 500ml de leche de avena<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 50ml de leche de soja<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 200ml de nata vegetal ecol\u00f3gica<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 2 gramos de agar-agar (una especie de gelatina realizada a partir de algas marinas que nos ayudar\u00e1 a conseguir la textura adecuada adem\u00e1s de aportarnos mucho calcio y vitaminas)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Agave, sirope de arce o sirope de arroz al gusto (s\u00f3lo si nos gusta el dulce y sentimos la necesidad como sustitutivos del az\u00facar, pero lo m\u00e1s recomendable es acostumbrarnos a tomar helado sin az\u00facar ni siropes)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Para a\u00f1adir el sabor que deseemos: una cucharadita de cacao puro en polvo para hacer <strong>helado de chocolate<\/strong>, una cucharadita de canela para el <strong>helado de canela<\/strong>, ralladura de lima o de lim\u00f3n para el <strong>helado de lim\u00f3n<\/strong>, ralladura de coco para el <strong>helado de coco<\/strong>, una cucharada de zumo de jengibre para el <strong>helado de jengibre<\/strong>, o incluso fruta triturada para hacer helado casero de frutas como<strong> helado de fresa<\/strong>, <strong>helado de frambuesa<\/strong>, <strong>helado de pl\u00e1tano<\/strong>, etc\u00e9tera. \u00a1Totalmente a nuestro gusto!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de la receta de helado sin lactosa:<\/strong> juntar todos los ingredientes en un cazo y ponerlos a hervir hasta que el agar-agar se disuelva, removiendo constantemente. Si se trata de un helado de frutas, lo mejor es triturar la fruta elegida previamente. Cuando la mezcla est\u00e9 hecha, se deja enfr\u00edar y se congela durante al menos 12 horas.
