Los <strong>beneficios del deporte al aire libre<\/strong> son muchos: respiramos aire puro, estamos m\u00e1s en contacto con la naturaleza y con el medio que nos rodea, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caminar, nadar, hacer ejercicios en el agua, patinar, practicar actividades como el yoga, el <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/beneficios-del-metodo-pilates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pilates<\/a> o el <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/8-razones-para-practicar-tai-chi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tai chi<\/a>, jugar a voley, practicar golf, jugar al tenis o <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/el-padel-y-sus-beneficios-para-salud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">p\u00e1del<\/a>&#8230; son muchas las posibilidades que ofrece el verano para practicar deportes al aire libre. Sin embargo, tal y como recomienda nuestro <strong>entrenador personal<\/strong> Luis Ganso en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lavanguardia.com\/estilos-de-vida\/20130712\/54376645878\/vacaciones-un-punto-de-inflexion.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">este art\u00edculo del diario La Vanguardia<\/a>, debemos procurar empezar con deportes a los que podamos dar continuidad durante el resto del a\u00f1o como, por ejemplo, caminar una hora diaria o nadar unos cuantos largos al d\u00eda. Son actividades que en verano podemos hacer al aire libre pero que en invierno podemos trasladar a sitios cerrados para mantenernos en forma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, hacer deporte al aire libre requiere algunas <strong>precauciones fundamentales<\/strong>, especialmente durante las horas m\u00e1s calurosas del d\u00eda, cuando puede llegar a ser especialmente peligroso. Nuestras <strong>recomendaciones para practicar deporte al aire libre<\/strong> son:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>Controlar la temperatura y la humedad del ambiente<\/strong>. Debemos evitar hacer ejercicio con temperaturas superiores a 30\u00baC y con humedad superior al 80%. Evitar especialmente las horas centrales del d\u00eda para hacer deporte y salir preferentemente a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana y a \u00faltima hora de la tarde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>Usar protecci\u00f3n solar.<\/strong> Tanto si estamos en la playa o en la monta\u00f1a como si nos quedamos en la ciudad, es fundamental protegernos convenientemente del sol y repetir la aplicaci\u00f3n tantas veces como sea necesario, especialmente en las zonas m\u00e1s sensibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>Hidratarnos mucho<\/strong> y de forma cont\u00ednua. Siempre es importante beber agua cuando hacemos deporte pero en verano lo es m\u00e1s a\u00fan, incluso en los deportes acu\u00e1ticos es conveniente tener una botella de agua a mano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>Usar la ropa adecuada<\/strong>: utilizar ropa holgada y fresca, de materiales naturales como el algod\u00f3n, y a ser posible de colores claros que absorben menos el calor.
