Los conservantes y colorantes de los alimentos, la cl\u00e1sica combinaci\u00f3n de tabaco, caf\u00e9 y alcohol, el consumo de carnes e incluso algunos medicamentos aumentar\u00e1n las necesidades de vitaminas en nuestro organismo. Cuando consumimos estas sustancias estamos favoreciendo la destrucci\u00f3n de vitaminas e impidiendo que hagan su funci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Malos h\u00e1bitos que producen falta de vitamina<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Las bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas destruyen grandes cantidades de vitamina A y B<\/li>\n<li>La cafe\u00edna destruye las vitaminas del grupo B<\/li>\n<li>El tabaco hace necesario duplicar la ingesta de vitamina C<\/li>\n<li>El estr\u00e9s hace que las gl\u00e1ndulas suprarrenales segreguen una mayor cantidad de adrenalina, que consume una gran cantidad de vitamina C.
