No obstante, en sus investigaciones los cient\u00edficos encontraron una excepci\u00f3n: <strong>cuando las vacaciones eran muy relajantes la felicidad de los veraneantes duraba al menos dos semanas tras la vuelta al trabajo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello, queremos compartir nuestros consejos para aprovechar las vacaciones al m\u00e1ximo y<strong> descansar todo lo que necesitamos<\/strong> al tiempo que cuidamos de nuestra salud y bienestar.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Consejos para aprovechar las vacaciones<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Aprovechemos el verano para <strong>perder esos kilos de m\u00e1s<\/strong> con la ayuda de estos 5 alimentos que nos ayudan a adelgazar y cuidando mucho lo que pedimos cuando salimos a comer fuera<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.
