Por ejemplo, <strong>cocinar las verduras con demasiada agua o a altas temperaturas favorece la p\u00e9rdida de vitaminas<\/strong>. Esto sellar\u00e1 las paredes de las verduras para evitar p\u00e9rdida de nutrientes. Si las verduras est\u00e1n bien cortadas, s\u00f3lo hacen falta un par de minutos para que est\u00e9n listas.
