A principios de 1900, los estadounidenses y los europeos recomendaban comer m\u00e1s de 100 gramos de prote\u00edna al d\u00eda. Y, m\u00e1s recientemente, en la d\u00e9cada de 1950, se inst\u00f3 a las personas preocupadas por su salud a aumentar su ingesta de prote\u00ednas por considerarse insuficiente. Sin embargo, hoy la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud<\/a> ha recomendado <strong>reducir las prote\u00ednas de nuestra dieta<\/strong> y aconseja que los adultos sanos deben consumir aproximadamente 40 gr. de prote\u00ednas al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1410\" title=\"consumo de proteinas\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/proteinas.jpg\" alt=\"proteinas vegetales\" width=\"700\" height=\"498\" \/><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Exceso de prote\u00ednas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algunos libros famosos de dietas para adelgazar fomentan la ingesta elevada de prote\u00ednas para bajar de peso, pero en realidad hoy en d\u00eda la mayor\u00eda de las personas tienden a ingerir el doble de la cantidad de prote\u00ednas que necesitan. Aunque muchas de las personas que siguen la \u00ab<strong>dieta de las prote\u00ednas<\/strong>\u00bb consiguen adelgazar en poco tiempo, los resultados son s\u00f3lo a corto plazo por el conocido \u00abefecto rebote\u00bb y adem\u00e1s no son conscientes de los m\u00faltiples riesgos para la salud asociados con una dieta alta en prote\u00ednas. El exceso de prote\u00edna se ha relacionado con enfermedades como la osteoporosis, la insuficiencia renal, c\u00e1lculos de calcio en el tracto urinario (es decir, piedras en el ri\u00f1\u00f3n), enfermedades del h\u00edgado e incluso algunos tipos de c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1411\" title=\"alimentos con proteinas\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/alimentos-con-proteinas.jpg\" alt=\"exceso de proteinas\" width=\"700\" height=\"548\" \/><\/p>\n<h5><strong>La importancia de los amino\u00e1cidos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestro organismo construye el m\u00fasculo y otras partes de nuestro cuerpo a partir de los amino\u00e1cidos, que provienen de las prote\u00ednas que consumimos. Sin embargo, al contrario de lo que se cree,<strong> las prote\u00ednas no se encuentran exclusivamente en la carne<\/strong>. Una dieta variada de alubias, lentejas, cereales y verduras contiene todos los amino\u00e1cidos esenciales. Aunque en ocasiones se recomienda comer determinados alimentos vegetales juntos para obtener su valor prote\u00ednico completo, la investigaci\u00f3n actual sugiere que no es necesario y muchas autoridades del campo de la nutrici\u00f3n, incluyendo la <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Academia_de_nutrici%C3%B3n_y_diet%C3%A9tica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Asociaci\u00f3n Diet\u00e9tica Americana<\/a> y el Servicio Nacional de Salud brit\u00e1nico, consideran que  la necesidad de <strong>prote\u00ednas y amino\u00e1cidos esenciales<\/strong> en nuestro organismo puede ser f\u00e1cilmente satisfecha por el consumo de una variedad de fuentes de <strong>prote\u00ednas vegetales<\/strong> lo largo del d\u00eda. Para obtener los mejores beneficios de las prote\u00ednas que consumimos, es importante comer suficientes calor\u00edas seg\u00fan las necesidades energ\u00e9ticas de cada uno (por eso es tan importante seguir una dieta personalizada).<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Una dieta equilibrada en prote\u00ednas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La dieta europea y norteamericana m\u00e1s extendida incluye gran cantidad de carne y productos l\u00e1cteos. Como resultado, a menudo se produce un exceso de prote\u00ednas en nuestro organismo que puede ser perjudicial para nuestra salud. Los expertos en nutrici\u00f3n saludable determinan que para <strong>seguir una dieta equilibrada<\/strong> con las prote\u00ednas justas que necesita nuestro organismo basta con sustituir los productos animales por cereales integrales, verduras, legumbres (guisantes, jud\u00edas, habas, lentejas&#8230;) y frutas. Mientras comamos una  amplia variedad de alimentos vegetales en la cantidad suficiente, nuestro cuerpo obtendr\u00e1 las prote\u00ednas y amino\u00e1cidos esenciales para su desarrollo.
