Como siempre, se trata de una receta natural sin lactosa, sin gluten y sin az\u00facares y recomendamos elaborarla con ingredientes org\u00e1nicos de primera calidad para garantizar sus propiedades terap\u00e9uticas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1646\" title=\"Crema de calabac\u00edn y menta\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/calab.jpg\" alt=\"Receta sana con calabac\u00edn y menta\" width=\"700\" height=\"495\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las sopas y cremas de verduras deben ser una parte fundamental de nuestra dieta sana, especialmente como primer plato, ya que se consideran una gran fuente de nutrici\u00f3n que adem\u00e1s se absorbe muy r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Propiedades del calabac\u00edn: El calabac\u00edn es una verdura sana que, por su alto contenido en agua, tiene efectos diur\u00e9ticos <\/strong>(es decir, ayuda a la eliminaci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos acumulados en nuestro organismo)<strong> y no tiene apenas calor\u00edas. Adem\u00e1s, el calabac\u00edn tiene mucha vitamina C y mucho \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, <\/strong>necesario para la divisi\u00f3n celular y la formaci\u00f3n de nuestro ADN y la absorci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas por parte de nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Propiedades de la menta:<\/strong> La menta, adem\u00e1s de su fuerte poder arom\u00e1tico, act\u00faa como refrescante y descongestionante al tiempo que facilita la digesti\u00f3n de los alimentos.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Ingredientes para preparar la crema de calabac\u00edn y menta<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(para 4 personas aproximadamente)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr. de calabac\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>200 gr. de cebolla<\/li>\n<li>50 gr. de shiro miso<\/li>\n<li>20 ml. de aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>15 gr. de menta fresca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1647\" title=\"calabacin y menta\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/calabacin.jpg\" alt=\"ingredientes crema de calabacin\" width=\"701\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La receta requiere unos 10 minutos de preparaci\u00f3n y unos 25 minutos de cocci\u00f3n pero es muy sencilla de realizar.<\/p>\n<h5><strong> Pasos para la preparaci\u00f3n de la crema de calabac\u00edn con aroma de menta<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>1. Pelar las cebollas y cortar en trozos regulares<\/p>\n<p>2. Lavar los calabacines y cortar a rodajas gruesas<\/p>\n<p>3. Rehogar las verduras con aceite de s\u00e9samo a fuego lento durante 15 minutos y cubrir de agua<\/p>\n<p>4. Dejar cocer durante 10 minutos y retirar del fuego<\/p>\n<p>5. A\u00f1adir el miso y la menta para aportar el aroma y triturar<\/p>\n<p>6. Pasar por un fino y servir.
