Es un producto asi\u00e1tico que concretamente procede de Indonesia, siendo especialmente popular en la Isla de Java, donde se elaboran muchas <strong>recetas con tempeh<\/strong>. El tempeh puede considerarse uno de los <strong>suced\u00e1neos de la carne<\/strong> o como \u00ab<strong>carne vegetariana<\/strong>\u00bb por su alto valor nutricional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>diferencia entre el tofu y el tempeh<\/strong> es que, mientras el tofu se obtiene de la leche de soja cuajada, el tempeh se obtiene de fermentar los granos de soja a partir del uso de un hongo natural, por lo que el tofu es m\u00e1s suave -se parece m\u00e1s a un queso suave- y el tempeh m\u00e1s consistente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Beneficios del tempeh<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tempeh hace que la soja sea m\u00e1s <strong>f\u00e1cilmente digerible<\/strong> gracias al proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n por el que pasa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tempeh <strong>aporta enzimas, prote\u00ednas vegetales de alta calidad, hierro, calcio<\/strong>, entre otros nutrientes esenciales.
