Pero, \u00bfes cierta esta afirmaci\u00f3n? 8 horas es la media aproximada que necesitamos dormir, aunque cada persona tiene sus necesidades individuales y la cifra puede variar considerablemente. La mayor\u00eda de adultos necesitamos <strong>dormir entre 7 y 8 horas diarias<\/strong> y, seg\u00fan nuestro reloj biol\u00f3gico, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">es mejor para la salud dormir por la noche<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dormir menos de 6 horas<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, s\u00ed que se ha demostrado cient\u00edficamente que <strong>dormir menos de 6 horas es malo para la salud<\/strong> porque no le estamos dejando el tiempo suficiente a nuestro cuerpo para descansar y para ejecutar todos los procesos vitales que tienen lugar mientras dormimos.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Calidad del sue\u00f1o<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero m\u00e1s importante a\u00fan que las horas del sue\u00f1o es la calidad de nuestro sue\u00f1o, es decir, <strong>dormir bien y descansar<\/strong>.
