Est\u00e1 demostrado cient\u00edficamente que un estilo de vida f\u00edsicamente activo va asociado a una reducci\u00f3n en la frecuencia y en la mortalidad de las enfermedades cardiovasculares, tanto en hombres como en mujeres e independientemente de la edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo recomendable es <strong>realizar al menos 30 minutos al d\u00eda de ejercicio moderado y al menos 4 o 5 veces por semana<\/strong> para fortalecer el coraz\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, estudios cient\u00edficos han demostrado que es igual de beneficioso realizar tres series de ejercicios de 10 minutos que una \u00fanica serie de 30 minutos, lo que nos permite mayor flexibilidad si no disponemos de tiempo suficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde los a\u00f1os 90 distinguidas asociaciones en el mundo de la salud como el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acsm.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>American College of Sports Medicine<\/em><\/a> (ACSM), reconocen los beneficios potenciales para la salud de la <strong>pr\u00e1ctica del ejercicio f\u00edsico regular realizado con una mayor frecuencia, pero a intensidades menores<\/strong>.
