Nosotros aconsejamos <strong>tomar m\u00e1s cantidad de verdura que fruta<\/strong>, ya que aporta muchas vitaminas y tiene mucho menos az\u00facar. Sin embargo, para personas que consumen mucha prote\u00edna (especialmente prote\u00ednas animales) s\u00ed que resulta interesante comer mucha fruta en tanto que les ayudar\u00e1 a equilibrar y alcalinizar su organismo; mientras que en personas con dietas limpias, basada en verduras y cereales integrales, la fruta no resulta tan necesaria y puede acabar debilitando.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Frutas de temporada y de proximidad<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si queremos tomar fruta, resulta mucho m\u00e1s interesante optar por frutas locales y de temporada. <strong>La naturaleza es sabia<\/strong> y nos da lo que necesitamos all\u00ed donde estemos. Tomar pi\u00f1a en un pa\u00eds tropical tiene l\u00f3gica, ya que adem\u00e1s de refrescarnos, el exceso de potasio de la pi\u00f1a va a ser eliminado con facilidad en un pa\u00eds caluroso. Sin embargo, consumir esta fruta en un pa\u00eds fr\u00edo en pleno invierno carece de sentido. <strong>El consumo de frutas tropicales en invierno favorece la p\u00e9rdida de calor de nuestro cuerpo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00bfEs cierto que el exceso de fruta puede aumentar la ca\u00edda del pelo?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En nuestro post sobre c\u00f3mo evitar la ca\u00edda del cabello, explic\u00e1bamos que un exceso de alimentos \u00abyin\u00bb como la fruta podr\u00eda ocasionar una mayor ca\u00edda del pelo. Esto no significa que tomar fruta es incorrecto, ya que <strong>la fruta es una buena fuente de vitaminas y enzimas<\/strong>, pero tenemos que tener en cuenta varias cosas, sobre todo el origen de las frutas que tomamos, pues tomar frutas de origen tropical puede fomentar la escasez de pelo en determinadas personas.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 frutas se recomiendan en invierno?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En invierno es cuando menos fruta de temporada disponemos y suelen reducirse a <strong>manzanas, peras, pl\u00e1tanos y c\u00edtricos<\/strong>, y estos \u00faltimos no son especialmente recomendables porque son demasiado \u00e1cidos para la mayor\u00eda de organismos. Hoy en d\u00eda es com\u00fan encontrar frutas provinientes de otras zonas del mundo como la pi\u00f1a, la papaya o la chirimoya, pero resulta mucho m\u00e1s sano limitarse a las frutas org\u00e1nicas de origen local.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aumentar el consumo de verduras<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si queremos <strong>reducir el consumo de frutas en invierno<\/strong>, cuando pr\u00e1cticamente no hay fruta de estaci\u00f3n, podemos<strong> aumentar el consumo de verduras<\/strong>. Las verduras son una fuente muy rica de vitaminas y minerales, y habitualmente encontramos una cantidad mucho mayor de estos nutrientes en las verduras que en las frutas. Por ejemplo: <strong>el br\u00f3coli, la col o el perejil tienen mayor cantidad de vitamina C que la naranja<\/strong>.
