La acumulaci\u00f3n de grasas en estas zonas suele ser frecuente, sobre todo en las mujeres, y los problemas derivados de su falta de entrenamiento son la <strong>flacidez de la piel<\/strong>, la <strong>mala circulaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la falta de tono.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los resultados de practicar GAP?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Practicar GAP puede ser algo duro en un comienzo porque se realizan ejercicios muy concretos en zonas que normalmente no ejercitamos tanto por lo que puede producir agujetas. Sin embargo, practicando GAP unas dos veces por semana durante al menos un mes ya pueden notarse los resultados y lucir un cuerpo mejor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el entrenamiento GAP trabajamos nuestro cuerpo de cintura para abajo con unos resultados muy positivos, ya que con la pr\u00e1ctica de GAP se consigue <strong>tonificar las piernas, endurecer los gl\u00fateos, reducir cintura y conseguir un vientre m\u00e1s plano.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>GAP y ejercicio cardiovascular<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>clases de GAP<\/strong> m\u00e1s efectivas son aquellas que combinan los ejercicios localizados de gl\u00fateos, abdominales y piernas con <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/ejercicios-para-un-corazon-sano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ejercicios cardiovasculares<\/a> globales que activan todo nuestro cuerpo.
